Diamond District is looking for a Talent Scout who will seek out and recruit skilled singers, models, actors, musicians, visual performers, comedians, and other entertaining people for our team. Talent Scout responsibilities include attending local events, networking with influencers and trendsetters, and reaching out to talented personalities. If you’re passionate about entertainment and able to recognize not only good personalities and entertainers, but also those who have the potential to become great, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us build a successful team that consists of top talent, regardless of their background or previous experience.

Responsabilities

• Network with agents, venue managers and social media influencers who can introduce you to new talent
• Reach out to talented people and conduct preliminary interviews to understand their motives and professional goals
• Arrange meetings between our platform and your talent
• Inform talent of the salary and performance requirements.
• Post to social media as necessary

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Talent Scout, Talent Coach, Talent Manager or similar role
• Social personality with lots of friends
• Experience as a visual performer, such as a singers, dancer, etc is helpful.
• Connections within the entertainment industry is important.
• Good eye for talent
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to travel as necessary and to work during evenings and weekends

Job Benefits

Job is commission based. You get a percentage of the revenue that your hosts generate, for the lifetime of that host on our platform. You will get a direct link to distribute to potential candidates. When users sign up using this link, you will credit for these referrals automatically. Alternatively, candidates can apply on our website and fill your name or email address in the referral box. These referrals are tracked and paid out monthly. Pay ranges from $40 per person per month, up to as much as $1500 per person per month, depending on host performance.
